THE WEEKENDER

Suit Yourself would like to welcome you to our rescheduled weekender. Having postponed the sold out 2020 event not once, but twice our endeavour is to bring you a truly unforgettable weekend in one of the south wests coolest cities - Bristol.

In 2020 we already had a stella line up booked and the event sold out very quickly but like many other promoters had to postpone due to the pandemic. At the time 95% of clientele coming to Bristol kept their wristbands choosing to roll them over to 2021. As a thank you we added some bonus acts to the line up including IL Senato from Italy with Luca Re, Fay Hallam and Andy Lewis plus a special Chills and Fever party with Andy Hill and Sean Chapman.

Now we've arrived in 2021 and even though the vaccine program is being rolled out at pace it's not been in time for our weekend so we have had to postpone for a second time to 2022 but like 2021 we want to add an extra bonus to the line up and this we've done with the fantastic Electric Stars!!!

How fantastic is that?!!!

So our new 2022 line up looks like this...

FRIDAY NIGHT - SMALL FAKERS (LIVE) + DJ'S @Basement 45

SATURDAY DAY - IL SENATO & LITTLE TRIGGERS (LIVE) + DJ'S @The Louisiana

SATURDAY NIGHT - BIG BOSS MAN (LIVE) + DJ'S @Basement 45

SUNDAY DAY - THE ELECTRIC STARS (LIVE) + DJS @The Louisiana

Plus a Catch My Drift Special.
Bryan Rookes has been DJing and promoting Catch My Drift in the south west for years and his super cool visuals are stunning. Bryan will be bringing the full visual and audio experience to our Sunday afternoon event.

SUNDAY NIGHT @ Basement 45- 'From the centre of their universe to a dance floor in Bristol'

CHILLS & FEVER - THE CLUB NIGHT
Both Andy Hill and Sean Chapman will be taking over the Bristol weekender bringing with them the full Chills & Fever experience including full production and Chills & Fever decor for the club. Expect to live the magic that these guys bring with this incredible evening, just remember, dress to impress and no drinks on the dance floor.

Phew we know this is a fantastic live line up and we want to bring you an equally stella array of vinyl spinners for the weekender to keep your toes tapping and your tushes shakin' so we've pulled out all the stops to bring you this set of international playboy and girls - Introducing your DJ's (in alphabetical order)

Alan Saunders - Callum Sammon - Glyn Preece - Ian Hurford - Jon Drake - Jodie Richardson - Julian Rochfort - Lee Miller - Lee & Dave Grimshaw - Malcolm Beedle - Paul Turner - Pete Cogley - Pete Whelbourn - Rob Powner - Siobhan Nolan-Farmer and more...DJ UPDATE 20.11.21 - We are pleased to announce 3 more super cool spinners to add to the list - Mr A.W.O.L Adrian Hawkins - Direct from London's Point Blanc and the 100 club Donna Driscoll and Mr Bang Bang himself Stuart Catling.

If that's not enough and you're into your scootering we will be organising 2 rideouts around the historic city and beyond........

If shopping's your thing Modclothin will be on hand all weekend along with stalls from Suit Yourself, Sound Is Colour, Spinout records and more.

We will also be holding a raffle for Prostate Cancer UK with some amazing prizes.

Lastly, if you like a bit of a pose Mad Mods and a Camera will be on hand catching all the action.

We are really excited to bring you the Bristol weekender 2022 over the bank holiday, there was a conscious decision made to move our weekender to this date as it's a warmer time of year (great for scooters) and Bristol has so much to offer visitors in the form of attractions, museums, galleries, shops and restaurants, over the forthcoming months we will be guiding you through some of the cities sites and attractions not to be missed.

Hotel and travel information.
Hotels near the venues - All the venues are in the city centre, closest hotels are in the BS1 and BS2 postal code areas.
Travel - Bristol Temple Meads train station is a five minute cab journey to the venues and Bristol sits nicely on the M4 and M5 motorways, if coming by scooter there are plenty of A roads leading into the city from all over the south west.
